We reserve the right to intervene in harmful behaviors within the game, on the official website, or on any other platform related to RunePath services. Such behaviors include, but are not limited to, the following infractions:

1 - Names

Names that can be confused with members of support or administration, such as "GM", "Admin", "Support", or any variation suggesting authority within the game, are strictly prohibited. This includes names that may deceive other players into believing the name holder has administrative powers or responsibilities. These names will be immediately changed, and players may face severe penalties, including bans.

Offensive names include, but are not limited to, vulgar language, insults, threats, racist, sexist comments, or any form of hate speech. The goal is to ensure a respectful and safe gaming environment for all players. Names that violate this rule will be changed by the administration, and responsible players may face warnings or other penalties.

Inappropriate names are those not suitable for a gaming environment, including explicit references to extreme violence, sexual themes, or any other improper content. It also includes names that imitate or disrespectfully refer to political figures or celebrities. Names that do not meet these criteria will be modified by the administration, and players may be warned.

2 - Cheating

Any intentional use of game flaws or bugs to gain unfair advantages is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, exploits affecting the game's economy, PvP, character progression or any other aspect that distorts the gaming experience. Players are encouraged to report bugs to the administration immediately. Violations may result in warnings, removal of progress and/or equipment, or bans.

Running more than one game client simultaneously to gain advantages, such as controlling multiple characters simultaneously in events, bosses, hunts and PvP situations, is strictly prohibited. This practice can unbalance the game and harm the experience of other players. Exceptions apply to characters that are idle, such as standing in a protection zone or trainer cabins. Violations will result in disciplinary actions, which may include permanent bans.

The use of any program, script or tool that automates PvE or PvP gameplay, provides information not available to other players or modifies the game in any unauthorized way is prohibited. This includes bots, macros, hacks and any third-party software that interferes with the normal functioning of the game. Emphasis will be placed on scripts for instant magic wall/wild growth renewal within wars, reminding that all situations must be reported and checked by a team member. We will not accept images and/or videos from third parties as verification methods. Violators may face immediate and permanent bans.

The server administration may conduct periodic checks to ensure that all players are in compliance with the game rules. This may include software checks, behavior analysis, database checks, and other forms of monitoring. Non-cooperation or attempts to obstruct these checks will be considered a violation of the rules and may result in severe penalties, including permanent account bans. Our manual checks will introduce unconventional situations within the game, where you will be required to interact with our team on-site to avoid immediate punishment. Punishments will be applied along with recorded evidence of the player's actions by a member of our team and will not be contestable by the user after the team's final decision. Additionally, bans resulting from external checks are made through analysis and data cross-referencing with our database, and for this reason, they will also not be contestable by the user.

Players are encouraged to report suspicious behavior or rule violations to the server administration. However, submitting false or malicious reports to harm other players is prohibited. Responsible use of the report system helps maintain the game's integrity and fairness. Use the report tool within the game directly on the character or in chat messages.

The prohibition of automations within the server is our strictest rule, so we will apply the penalties on them whenever found by our team. Remember that this is a manual verification and will depend solely and exclusively on the team member who will analyze the case at the time.

Kill stealing (KS), lure (attracting monsters to other players) and trap red (causing players to lose equipment with redskull) are practices that, although they may be frustrating, are part of the game's competitive environment. The administration will not intervene in disputes related to these practices, except in cases where they clearly harm the gaming experience in a significant and repetitive way. Remember that the trap red situation can cause penalties, once the multiclient is found in the action of the involved players. Extreme situations that cause imbalance or disorder on the server will be analyzed individually, and appropriate measures will be taken if necessary. Players are encouraged to resolve such issues amicably and sportingly.

If the player is using the RTC client and the RTCaster function to attack monsters and/or cast spells is active, they will undergo a standard check by our team. If the player's absence is confirmed, a ban will be applied to the player and their account.

3 - Messages & Declarations

Offensive messages include, but are not limited to, threats, harassment, racist, sexist comments or any form of hate speech. Mutual respect is fundamental for the community. Any violation of this rule may result in warnings, temporary or permanent silencing, and in severe cases, account bans.

Disclosing or requesting personal data, address, phone number, bank account information or any other sensitive information is strictly prohibited. The safety and privacy of players are absolute priorities. Any attempt to violate this rule may result in severe actions, including bans.

Any unauthorized advertising, including promoting other games, products, commercial services, is strictly prohibited. Only ads approved by the server administration are allowed and will always be made by the staff. Violations of this rule may result in warnings or bans.

Spam includes the continuous repetition of the same message, sending irrelevant messages in Community, Trade, and Support chats, excessive use of special characters, or any behavior that interferes with other players' gaming experience. The goal is to keep communication channels clear and useful for everyone. Violations may result in temporary silencing or other penalties.

Supporting or encouraging other players to violate server rules, whether through instructions, encouragement or any other form of assistance, is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, helping with exploits, hacks, cheating or any behavior that compromises the game's integrity. Violations of this rule are treated seriously and may result in immediate bans.

4 - Sales

The bazaar system is the only authorized platform for buying, selling or trading characters within the game. Any transaction made outside this system, whether for real money or any other form of payment, is strictly prohibited. This ensures the safety and fairness for all players. We will not intervene in situations involving negotiations made outside the game, but we will punish parallel sales announcements or any influence in this type of market.

Any attempt to defraud, deceive or conduct unauthorized transactions will be treated with extreme seriousness. This includes, but is not limited to, item scams, false sales, price manipulation and the use of external means for financial transactions. The administration reserves the right to investigate, reverse and penalize any suspicious activity. Penalties may include severe warnings, removal of items or characters, and temporary or permanent account suspension. Note that we will not control external groups making this type of sale and will not act in situations where negotiation was made privately between players. We will punish when there is severe interference in our game and/or there are announcements within the server's public channels.

Any character sale announcement must be made exclusively for characters already in the bazaar system. This ensures that all transactions are safe, verifiable and within the game's rules. Announcing characters for sale in our game chats or on Discord is prohibited if the character is not on our bazaar platform. If the announcement includes a character outside the bazaar, responsible players may be warned or banned.

The market system has technical limits to prevent failures. Performing excessive transactions may cause visual errors, instability, or account issues. We are not responsible for losses caused by this abusive use, as the system operates correctly within normal usage standards.

5 - Channel Conduct

The Support channel should be used for questions, doubts and help requests about game mechanics, quests, commands and other game-related topics. It is prohibited to use this channel for irrelevant discussions, spam or any other purpose that is not to help and get help. Players who send messages that do not follow these guidelines may be warned or temporarily silenced.

Any form of advertising for your live, including selling items, recruiting guild members or event announcements, should be made in the designated channels. It is prohibited to make ads in inappropriate channels, such as Support or Community. Repetitive and excessive ads are also prohibited. Violations may result in warnings, temporary silencing or other penalties as necessary.

Community is intended for general conversations among players on various topics, including looking for and forming groups, as long as they are respectful and appropriate. Offensive discussions, hate speech, spam and any disruptive behavior are prohibited. All players should feel welcome and respected in this channel. Violations of this rule may lead to warnings or temporary silencing.

The prohibition of casino characters in the depots aims to prevent the excessive use of ads and the promotion of gambling in high-traffic areas. This measure ensures that depots remain functional as places for trade and social interaction, guaranteeing a smoother and fairer game experience for all players.

6 - Company and Legal Issues

Any attempt to deceive other players into believing that you are part of the server's staff or administration is a serious violation. This includes using names, titles or any behavior that falsely suggests authority or official affiliation. Players who violate this rule will face severe penalties, including immediate bans.

Spreading rumors, false information or any kind of slander about the company, its staff or its services is strictly prohibited. This includes posting misleading information in channels, social networks, Discord or any other communication medium. Such actions harm the company's reputation and player trust. Violators may face severe warnings, suspension or bans, and in extreme cases, legal action.

Any form of attack on the company's services, including DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service), sabotage attempts, and any action that compromises the server's stability and security, is strictly prohibited. These attacks not only affect gameplay but also the safety and integrity of all players' data. The administration will take immediate measures to mitigate the attacks and punish those responsible, possibly involving bans and legal action.

Any activity within the game that violates real-life laws or regulations, such as fraud, threats of violence, harassment, or other illegal activities, will be treated with extreme seriousness. The administration will cooperate with legal authorities as necessary to ensure the safety and legality of actions within the game. Players involved in such activities will face immediate bans and may be subject to appropriate legal action.

Any violation or attempted violation of the rules may result in temporary sanctions for characters and accounts. In more severe cases, skills, attributes, and items of characters may be removed or altered, in addition to the permanent deletion of characters and accounts without compensation. The penalty applied is proportional to the severity of the infraction and the player's history. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of our team and may be applied without prior notice.
